Sometimes customers return products that did not fit them or an item may be available in our retail stores that may not be displayed on our website. If you would like to double check stock of an item please feel free to contact us at customerservice@branduet.com

Due to the nature of our business, products available online are also avaliable in our stores – however we would advise you call your local store first to see if they stock the item you require.

Currently, we ship within USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain…

We are currently unable to deliver to the following countries
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukrania, United Kingdom

Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.

When we dispatch your parcel we will also email you a tracking reference. You will also be sent a text message on the day your parcel is out for delivery. Click here to track your order

Payment & Taxes

You can use any major credit and debit card (excludes amex) to pay for your order.

We take security very seriously so you can rest assure when you enter any of your details they’ll be safe with us.

This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Return & Exchanges

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. Please email customerservice@branduet.com if you would like to initiate the returns process. If you decide to initiate a return Cettire will assist to schedule a pickup time with our preferred courier, in the event you need change the pickup time you will need to liaise directly with Cettire’s preferred courier.

A fee of 20 USD per item will be charged for returns. Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Cettire. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hour period has expired will incur a 20 USD cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be cancelled.

All returned items must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.

Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging.

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
