At Branduet, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the items under the following conditions:
General Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must include the original packaging.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy:
- Used or Washed Items: Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
- Intimate Apparel and Swimwear: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of intimate apparel and swimwear.
- Custom Orders: Items that are customized or made to order cannot be returned.
- Opened and Used Accessories: Accessories such as jewelry, hats, and others must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
- Sale Items: Discounted items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Items with Removed Tags: Items with removed tags are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Special procedures may apply for damaged or defective items.
- Hygiene Products: Masks, cosmetics, and other hygiene products cannot be returned.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@branduet.com to initiate a return.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the return form.
- Ship the items to the address we provide you.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
